love the donuts but the coffee is pretty consistently bad at every location come early for the fresher, fluffier batches of donuts

One of my favorite Bosa locations, my coworkers and I get a dozen donuts for one another's birthday (large team so usually at least once a month) and at 7 am every time the employees are always so helpful and quick, even with a big line!

Light, fluffy donuts! The pumpkin spice donut had TOO much spice in it. The nutmeg was a little unpleasant.

Really delicious food, fantastic donuts probably the best I've had in a long time. I love the double mocha. The breakfast sandwiches for dry in a bit bland. It's the only reason I didn't get five stars. If I ordered them again, I probably ask for something on it other than just the egg bacon and cheese. ( there was nothing else on them)

Super good donuts. I walked in anticipating getting a half dozen and walked out with a dozen, they all looked just so good i couldnt decide. Price point was good, and the donuts were as good as they looked.

found this place when we were leaving a pizzeria... the donuts were fresh... the service was really fast! love love their vanilla filled donuts and the butter donut. It melts in your mouth and isn't as sweet as other donuts I've tried.

Bosa donuts are a Phoenix Arizona staple! They are delicious and a great way to show yourself a little love after a long week. Pros: Friendliness: Bosa donuts are prepared and served quickly and all of the staff have a smile on their faces! I've always received good customer service at Bosa donuts Donut quality: the quality of the donuts is really solid, as well! A variety of different types of donuts-- my favorite is Boston cream, but every donut I have tried has been pretty awesome. Price: Prices here are reasonable, especially when you buy 6-12 in bulk! Accessibility: There are many Bosa donut locations across Phoenix and I find their product and service to be generally consistent overall. Cons: Not necessarily a con, but an observation-- I feel like these donuts can be a bit heavy. If you are used to eating Krispy Kreme, you will find this donut to be heavier and likely a bit more caloric. They can be a little more "cakey" and not as flakey overall
